We at the The Gym Eternal have made recent changes to our childcare to make sure it’s the most affordable childminding in town! You get unlimited childcare Monday-Friday between 9-11:30am for only 30$ (one child) 40$ (2 children) or 50$ (3 + children) for the entire month!
This gives you some much needed stress relief and time to yourself to work out, while your kids have fun playing and making friends!
Feel free to pm with any questions, and we can arrange a time to show you the gym and day care room ☺️
Our childminder is mom of two, and has been working in our daycare room for 7 years.
It’s such a wonderful environment for parents and kids.
*Child minding is also available during spring break, winter break, pro-d days, holidays, and all summer ☀️

Whether you’re aiming for a powerhouse “shelf” or just want to bulletproof your hips, the Multi-Hip machine is your secret weapon.
Most people walk past this piece of equipment because it looks like a complex puzzle, but it’s actually one of the most versatile tools in the gym. Here’s how to master it for those glute gains:
🛠 How to Dial it In:
1. Adjust the Pivot: Line up the machine’s rotation point with your hip joint. This is the golden rule for proper mechanics!
2. Set the Pad: For glute extensions, the pad should sit just above your knee on the back of your thigh.
3. Find Your Balance: Grip the handles firmly and keep a slight bend in your standing leg. Stay “heavy” in your core so you don’t arch your back.
4. The Sweep: Drive your leg back using your glute, not your lower back. Squeeze at the peak like you mean it! Pro-Tips:
• Don’t over-extend: Stop when your leg is in line with your torso. Going further usually just pinches the lower back.
• Slow & Steady: Control the weight on the way back down. That eccentric burn is where the magic happens.
• Switch it up: You can also use this for hip abductions (pushing out) to hit the glute medius!

📢 URGENT: New “Safe-Spin” Helmet Policy
Effective: April 1, 2026
To comply with new (imaginary) fitness safety regulations regarding high-velocity stationary cycling, helmets are now mandatory for all spin classes.
The Rules:
• No Helmet, No Ride: You must be buckled in before the first song.
• Approved Gear: Bicycle, skateboard, or construction helmets are acceptable.
• Loaners: A limited supply of “community buckets” is available at the front desk for a $5 rental fee.
We realize this may impact your “post-spin aesthetic,” but safety (and looking slightly ridiculous) comes first.
