This weekend, more than 1,100 athletes from across Canada and around the world will experience what makes our community so special.

What started as a community effort to preserve a Penticton tradition has grown into something truly special.

The 2026 Peach Classic Triathlon is already more than 50% larger than last year's event.

And last year's event was more than 40% larger than the year before.

Thanks to our athletes, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters, the Peach Classic has become one of the largest triathlons in Canada.

But what makes us most proud isn't the size of the race.

It's what the race supports.

As a non-profit event, the proceeds from the Peach Classic help fund local endurance sport programs, clubs, youth development, and opportunities for athletes in our community.
