Get Jacked

One of the things I love most about our GJ community is inspiring others and also being inspired by others. What's your favourite breakfast /snack? Quinoa with yogurt and berries (and a bit of maple syrup) was the perfect start to my day!!

Music video spin by the pool turned into just spin by the pool…which was still awesome but after all of the hard work that I did to make this happen, I feel disappointed. Everything was perfect until my first class participant arrived…could it be that participants’ phones were competing for and compromising my signal? Everything is working perfectly now that everyone is gone!! LOL - we will do a do-over!!

Kalene Reeve, owner of Back To Your Roots donated a prize to our Get Jacked spin class tonight. In addition to our fabulous EDM themed spin class, we played a silly flower drawing game. Kayla Schmitke was the winner of the beautiful sunflower bouquet! Thank you, Kalene for blessing us with your absolutely gorgeous flowers and your perpetually generous vibe!
