13 tonnes of sand down and ready....just missing the lines and net! Who's ready for a game???

13 tonnes of fresh (and heavy) new sand going down!

So let me translate the first picture....that's Bella telling us it's time to get the court ready for the next delivery of sand. The next 2 pictures are the end result of raking what's left of Fall and Winter away. The last 3 pictures are, well, the Pound Town Princess wanted to roto tiller the existing sand to soften it up before adding more sand. Seems logical....but I'm not renting a machine when I have a perfectly good country tiller ready to go lol!
Bring on the next load of sand!!

Rainy April night but still no place doggo or I would rather be than outside!

Deck is almost fully set up and ready for beers!

Bella is overseeing the deck renovation... Can't wait to get it all set up to watch some playoff hockey and Game of Thrones out here. Oh yeah.... And beach volleyball!!!

Snow is just about gone!! New lights have gone up for those evening games or after hour parties on the deck! Hurry up warm weather!!

The Pound Town Princess is hard at work on our ice rink! Fingers crossed but if the weather turns colder, we might be able to have the kiddos skating over the holidays!
