A small group for a fantastic technical class from Porter Guy tonight. Those who missed it, missed out on good stuff.

Hill runs are back for the summer.
Starting off easy.
4 hill runs followed by a strength circuit & uchi komi.
Porter Guy is home for a few days and was out to make sure everyone worked hard.
