What is GRVTY? Let me explain đ
Here at GRVTY Studio, we take elements of Pilates that are deeply rooted in core trainingâperfect for improving posture, building strength, and supporting those who have had babies.
Then we mix that with elements of functional fitness. Functional fitness is kind of like physiotherapy and strength training had a love child. It helps you move better, feel stronger, and build a body that supports your everyday life.
We also incorporate tools like the TRX Trainer and hammocks to make exercise creative and fun. Because, letâs be honest, nobody really wants to exercise. No one really wants to do the dishes either! But when youâre finished, you always feel better, and the benefits you gain are priceless.

Your Shoulders Need This In Perimenopause đş
Your shoulders are joints you really want to take care ofânot neglect, but also not push to the point where youâre facing surgery at 50.
These are some of my favourite exercises to build strength and stability. Theyâre best done after youâve gone through physio and are ready to take things to the next level.
But rememberâstrong, healthy shoulders donât start at the shoulders. They start with proper core engagement. Your rib cage and pelvis position play a huge role in how your shoulders function.
