Art has no boundaries and age is not a limiting factor! When you do what brings you joy, the outcome doesn’t matter as the process itself is rewarding and time is never wasted.

When I heard this cover of a nostalgic Tamil song by I loved it and it was constantly playing in my head. So I did what I know best - appreciate it by moving to it.
As I’m healing from plantar fasciitis I have not done too many intense flows. I really wanted to try out one of .af flow of the week from on demand with lots of roll throughs…so it was challenging doing it in my small space but none of that should limit us!!
This was done impromptu in realtime today on my lunch and worked out as the perfect mid day movement break for my full working day glued to the dash!
No excuses, let’s get moving!

has been on my list of places to visit for years. So close to home yet took this long. Was lovely to see a glimpse of Islamic Culture through Art.
The large tapestry with its spectacular details is by a Pakistani Artist who used over a million gold-plated pins to create the work.

Such a gem so close to Toronto. Enjoyed visiting the Wutai Shan Buddhist temple and garden and can’t wait to see how it expands. ❤️
