Thinking about playing for Peterborough Thunder on one of our Competitive teams starting this fall? The registration system for our ID Clinics for our Girls Divisions from U15 to U18 is now live! All sessions will take place at Lakefield College School, 4391 County Road 29, Lakefield.

Girls U18 - June 25th 7:30pm to 9:00pm
Girls U17 - June 25th 7:30pm to 9:00pm
Girls U16 - July 2nd 7:30pm to 9:00pm
Girls U15 - July 9th 7:30pm to 9:00pm

Cost: $20 per athlete

🏐 Celebrating a Legend: Thank You, Peter Carter! 🏐
After 9 incredible years at the helm, our Club Director, Peter Carter, is stepping back from day-to-day administration and transitioning into a supporting role on our Board of Directors.

It is truly impossible to overstate the impact Peter has had on Volleyball in Peterborough. Over nearly a decade of dedicated leadership, he has shepherded his own three children and thousands(!!) of young athletes through our programs, growing the love for the game immensely.

🌟 Here are just a couple of the ways Peter has helped Peterborough Thunder and Volleyball in Peterborough:
- He navigated Difficult Times: Peter successfully led and sustained our club through the unprecedented challenges of COVID-19, keeping our community connected and safe.
- He championed Grassroots Expansion expansion: He grew our house league programs immensely, introducing the game to countless local children.
- Encouraged Personal Growth & Competitive Excellence: Under Peters guidance, our competitive club program exploded from less than 10 teams to a record-breaking 21 teams this past season!

While Peter is stepping away from the daily grind of running the club, we are incredibly grateful that Peter will remain an active member of the board to provide his invaluable guidance and wisdom as we move forward.

Peter, thank you for your endless hours, your fierce dedication, and the massive legacy you leave behind. Peterborough Thunder wouldn't be what it is today without you!
