“I was a little nervous coming to the gym a few months ago. CrossFit seemed intense. It only took one meeting with Ruth to know I had found the right place.
The community is warm, welcoming, and supportive. The coaches meet you where you are at but challenge you to meet your goals. The gym is top notch!
The workouts are diverse and challenging.
It’s only been a few months but I am feeling stronger and more confident each week.
For anyone who is thinking about joining - just jump in!”
