Join Erick (.scottfitzgerald) for this 25 minute Yoga Pilates Fusion class! Expect breath work, yoga poses, core work and a bit of cardio.

Erick started his movement journey with Yoga being his primary focus. But after sustaining a low back injury, his personal practice shifted towards Pilates. Erick offers a strong workout that integrates breath, effort, strength, flexibility and recovery.
