We offer Shotokan Karate-do training, Ryobu-Kai training, combat jiu-jitsu and Arnis Kali Eskrima. In 8 week sessions 1 hour a week. Any age group.
Have fun, build confidence, get fit. This is the motto we live by. Teach your kids the values of having confidence and being able to defend yourself all while having as much fun as possible!
