The Ontario Legend Car Series is back in action this Saturday, June 13 at Peterborough Speedway!

We'll be racing along with our fellow INEX series, the Bandoleros, for an exciting night of racing, with the green flag dropping at 4:00 PM. Plus, the United Racing APC Late Model Series will be on track too! Make sure to catch all the racing action of the night on Racing America!

The Trailers Plus Ontario Legend Car Series returned to Sauble Speedway on Saturday night for another exciting round of racing, and the competitors delivered an action-packed evening for the fans in attendance.

A strong field of drivers battled throughout four competitive heat races before taking to the track for a thrilling feature event.

Congrats to Heat Race Winners:
🏁 Heat 1 – Keaton Pipe Racing
🏁 Heat 2 – Parker Traves
🏁 Heat 3 – Caleb Drimmie
🏁 Heat 4 – Parker Traves

As the evening progressed, competitors and officials found themselves racing against the clock. With the program running later into the night and facing time constraints, everyone worked together to complete as much of the event as possible while continuing to provide an exciting show for the fans.

The feature race showcased intense battles throughout the field. Unfortunately, a late-race caution involving multiple cars brought the action to a halt just one lap shy of the scheduled distance. With the race having reached Lap 24 of the planned 25 laps and the evening running late, officials made the decision to declare the event complete.

At the front of the field, Parker Traves continued the momentum he built during the heat races, putting together a dominant performance to capture the feature victory. Wesley Cuthbertson and Andy Kamrath rounded out the podium after a hard-fought battle, while Adam Cuthbertson secured a solid fourth-place finish. Mackenzie Millwain completed the top five with another strong run.

Congratulations to Parker Traves and his team on an impressive night, as well as to all of the podium finishers for their outstanding performances.

The series now turns its attention to Peterborough Speedway on July 13, where it will join the Ontario Bandoleros and the APC Series for another exciting night of racing.

What an incredible way to kick off the 2026 Trailers Plus Ontario Legend Car Series season last night at Peterborough Speedway !

A huge thank you to our race day sponsor, AC A/C Plus Automotive, for their support of opening night, and to all of the fans who packed the grandstands for Fan Appreciation Day. Thousands of race fans came out to celebrate the start of another exciting season, and the atmosphere all night long was electric!

We welcomed some new faces to the series this season, while many familiar veterans returned with one goal in mind: chasing that win. Our day started with drivers being split into two groups for two rounds of heat racing. Congratulations to all of our heat race winners!

Heat race winners included:
🏁 Heat 1: Dawson Drimmie
🏁 Heat 2: Adam Cuthbertson
🏁 Heat 3: Keaton Pipe
🏁 Heat 4: Matt Haufe

With a full field taking the green in the feature event, the competition was fierce from start to finish. Contact following a restart about a third of the way through the race saw Matt Thompson and Gibson Baker retire early, while Nathan Huffman's night came to an end after a spin on lap 19.

As the 25-lap feature wound down, the battles at the front of the field had the crowd on the edge of their seats with intense racing and side-by-side action right to the checkered flag. Congratulations to Dawson Drimmie, the 2025 OLCS Champion, on taking home the first win of the season, followed closely by Cole McFadden in second and Keaton Pipe in a hard-fought third. Rounding out the top five were Adam Cuthbertson and Matt Haufe!
