ONTARIO LEGEND CAR SERIES & ONTARIO BANDOLERO CARS END OF SEASON BANQUET!

As our season winds down, it’s time to start thinking about how we will celebrate our 2026 racing season!

Join us for the Ontario Legend Car Series & Ontario Bandolero Cars End of Season Banquet on:

Friday, November 21st @ 6 PM at Volt Raceway in Bowmanville! Tickets are $65 per person and include dinner.

Come celebrate our drivers, teams, families, sponsors and the entire racing community that makes this series so special. There will be awards, prizes and lots of fun as we wrap up the season together!

RACE DAY RECAP! 🏁

What a night at Full throttle speedway at varney! We joined forces with our friends from the Great Lakes Legends Series bringing together a huge field of Legend Cars for an exciting night of racing! And there was finally no threat of rain in the forecast on our race day!

Our drivers were split into three groups for their heat races, with Caleb Drimmie taking the win in Heat 1, Keaton Pipe winning Heat 2, and Rob C Eggleton claiming Heat 3. Congrats drivers!

Our 35-lap feature was the first feature of the night. On the front row, Dawson Drimmie and Jesse Kennedy led the 24-car field to the green flag, and it didn't take long for the action to heat up.

A number of mid-field incidents brought out many cautions, making for a longer-than-usual feature with plenty of restarts. Keaton Pipe took hold of the lead early on and held onto it through each restart. With the final 10 laps going caution-free, Keaton stayed out front finishing the hour long race, claiming the win.... his first feature win in a legend car! Victory lane also included Dawson Drimmie finishing 2nd and Kenny McNicol in 3rd with Austin Arnel and Jordan Latimer rounding out the top five.

Congratulations, Keaton, on an incredible first feature victory and to our top five drivers for claiming such a strong finish after this long and challenging race.

Thank you to our friends at the Great Lakes Legends Series for hosting us and bringing our two series together for an awesome night of racing!

We look forward to seeing everyone in two weeks as we head back to the beach at Sauble Speedway!

THE TMS BIN RENTALS BAD LUCK AWARD! 🗑️🏁

Racing can be full of highs and lows, but sometimes, drivers seem to get dealt a particularly unlucky hand. That’s where the TMS Bin Rentals Bad Luck Award comes in!

At each Ontario Legend Car Series race, we recognize a driver who had a particularly rough night. Whether it was mechanical trouble, an incident, terrible luck, or just one of those races where absolutely nothing seemed to go their way.

It’s RACE WEEK!

We’re heading back to Peterborough Speedway this Saturday, August 22, and this one is going to be a BIG night of racing!

Racing starts at 6:00 PM and we’re kicking off the night by running the feature race that was rained out during our last visit to Peterborough Speedway, sponsored by Brian’s Towing!

Once that feature is complete, we’ll get back to the regular race-day schedule with our National Qualifier Race, proudly sponsored by Einarson Trucking.

Both of our feature race sponsors are supporting races that were previously lost due to weather or timing, so we’re excited to finally get these races back on the track!

And there’s something special for the youngest race fans too....Kids bike races during intermission! Kids, bring your bikes and helmets and get ready to hit with your wheels!

Two features. Two great sponsors. One action-packed night at Peterborough Speedway!

Our race day recap from Jim Clarke, Clarke Motorsports Communications/First Draft Media!

Some people would get the impression that Mother Nature isn’t a race fan. At least teams with the Trailers Plus Ontario Legend Car Series are starting to feel that way.

After having a pair of shows rained-out August 1st and 2nd at Sauble Speedway, 21 of the group’s racers rolled through the pit gates at Peterborough Speedway Saturday, August 8th. Even with the probability of heavy rain and thunderstorms in the area, things seemed to be rolling along in the right direction…until they weren’t. Shortly after the first round of practice hit the track, the rain began.

Like everyone else, Trailers Plus Ontario Legend Car Series racers, crew members, family, friends and group officials settled in for a couple of hours of bench racing until Mother Nature decided enough was enough and gave everyone hope that the sun would finally shine on their racing plans…albeit an hour behind the scheduled start time.

Once Peterborough Speedway officials were finally able to work the popular Central Ontario oval into raceable condition, the group was able run off a set of qualifying heats that saw Andrew (Jim) McFadden, Keaton Pipe, Dawson Drimmie and Mackenzie Milwain take checkered flags – on a very green racetrack – to kick off the night of racing, presented by Brian’s Towing.

With a full night of racing on the agenda and a limited window of opportunity, track staff was working hard to get everything completed in the allotted time. As the 11:00 curfew drew closer, it was clear that the Ontario Legend Car Series would have to wait for another day.

The group’s next appearance at the venue on Mount Pleasant Road will be Saturday, August 22nd and the delayed feature event will open the night’s program. The Peterborough Speedway team and Trailers Plus Ontario Legend Car Series officials appreciate the support and patience of racers and fans on a very busy, rain delayed night at the track.

Mother nature took us off track last weekend but the Ontario Legend Car Series is ready to return to racing this Saturday at Peterborough Speedway!

Racing starts at 6:00 PM, so come early, grab your favourite spot, and get ready for a thrilling evening featuring some of Ontario's best Legend Car drivers.
