The F stands for Functional training, a mix of circuit and HIIT style workouts geared towards everyday movement.

F45 is one of the most time-efficient ways of training. We aim to burn up to 750 calories per 45-minute session.

🎙STUDIO UPDATE

As of March 1, 2022, Ontario is
lifting the proof of vaccination requirement for indoor non-essential settings. This means that businesses will no longer be required to ask patrons for proof of at least two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine to allow entry.

FYI: 💪Resistance Days are Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.

F45 resistance workouts are an effective method for promoting both fitness and health benefits, and
should be included as part of a well-rounded exercise program.

These workouts emphasise mechanical loading rather than physiological loading and use a range of free- and body-weight compound movements that follow functional training principles.

Whist the relationship between resistance training variables is complex, the characteristics of resistance workouts can be manipulated to achieve a specific
training outcome (i.e. muscular strength, hypertrophy, endurance, power, coordination and balance).

Great workout on our very first Hollywood Saturday with and family in toe (well Janet is already a member with her daughter) I wonder what next weekend will have in store. New challenge out there from Michelle and I. The F45 MP Challenge, across all parties. Come out and try a workout. Then say gyms aren’t essential for both physical and mental health.
