Client Spotlight: My client Austin started his fitness journey with December 12th 2024 with a weight of 220lb, Austin’s had a check in today and had a weight of 205lb which is such an accomplishment!! Sustainable weight loss is the number one goal with all my clients when their goal is weight loss the “quick fix weight loss models” are just gimmicks to get you hooked seeing “lose 20lb in 20 days” sounds appealing but in those 20 days did you change your lifestyle habits? Or were you just in a ridiculous calorie deficit and feeling like garbage while the Coach sat back and gave you a cookie cutter program and a google searched weight loss diet. Iv always been an advocate for keeping the weight off when you lose it, but that comes with lifestyle changes as well as changing routines and daily habits to accommodate the new healthy lifestyle we’re trying to attain! Ditch the quick fix mentality and focus on the long term! Big thanks to Austin for listening, holding himself accountable, and believing in the process!! Sky’s the limit brother!!
