Hi, everyone. It's been quiet here for a little while, and I wanted to share a little update. 🤍

I stepped away because I was welcoming my third baby into our family. I didn't share much in the moment because it felt like something I needed to hold close while I lived it. But now, on the other side of it, I want you to know: I had a baby, I've spent these last months completely wrapped up in this little world, and it's been so great to experience again.
Being on the other side of birth (this time as the one being supported instead of supporting) reminded me of a familiar depth of understanding for the families I work with. I felt firsthand how much it matters to be seen, to be held, to not be rushed.
I'm back now, and taking on a few new clients starting in August.

I’ve had the privilege of watching their family grow over the last year and a half. It’s hard to put into words just how much being a part of this journey has meant to me. I’ve had the joy of witnessing countless milestones, from first smiles to first steps, I’ve seen this amazing family grow stronger and more confident with each passing day.

Being a postpartum doula is more than just a job; it’s about building relationships, offering support, and making yourself comfortable as a new family member during such a special time. I am deeply grateful and privileged to have watched S grow over the months.

As I say goodbye for now, my heart is so full of love and gratitude. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey and for the memories we’ve created together. Here’s to the amazing future ahead for this special family. I can't wait to catch up soon! 💖 🥂

Hi everyone, I'm not sure I have introduced myself here as of yet. Here it goes!👋

🤱🏻 I'm Sarah, I am a mama of 2 sweet girls (8&5 years old). My husband and I have been together for 14 years and counting. As a family, we love going for walks and doing fun outings together. When I have some time to myself, I love crafting and cooking.👩🏻‍🍳👩🏻‍🎨

✨ In my Doula practice, my goal is to instill confidence and the feeling of comfort and safety for a seamless transition into parenthood and excellent mental wellbeing along the way. I want to be there to hear your fears and celebrate the joys that being a parent can bring.

👩🏻‍💼I joined the Board of Directors with the Association of Ontario Doulas in 2022 to better support other professionals in this field. I'm now serving my second term as Secretary.

🌟I am so passionate about connecting with and supporting families and other professionals. No matter who I'm working with, I will always help your light shine the brightest it can be!
