Why muscle is important for weight loss?

Your muscles are metabolic powerhouses, actively burning calories even at rest. Building and maintaining muscle mass can contribute to a more efficient metabolism and make weight management and fat loss easier to achieve.

But the benefits don’t stop there.

Your muscles act as guardians of your bones, and provide support and protection against injury. If you can engage in regular strength training exercises you can strengthen your bones and reduce the risk of conditions such as osteoporosis.

Building muscle strength and endurance can improve your stamina, agility, and coordination.

Also don’t forget to fuel your body with a balanced diet that provides the necessary nutrients, especially protein, to support muscle growth and repair.

If you’re not sure where to start with your workout routine, reach out to schedule a call.

Love, ME 💋
