After months of planning, anticipation, and excitement, canfitpro GLOBAL 2025 officially kicked off on Aug 15th & 16th at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre!!! What an incredible experience!

Say hello to your new favorite breakfast! 🍓
This parfait is super quick to toss together, meal prep friendly, and just downright delicious!
With the new year upon us, I know many of you are probably trying to figure out this whole healthy eating thing.. maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed and confused….
Or if you’re a healthy eating veteran.. maybe you’re feeling a little bored and sick of the same recipes?
Either way, no matter where you are in your health journey – these meal prep yogurt parfaits will be able to help you!
Ingredients:
4 cups greek vanilla or plain yogurt
2 medium peaches, chopped
2 cups fresh blackberries or strawberries or blueberries
1/2 cup granola without raisins or Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal
Layer half the yogurt, peaches, blackberries, strawberries and granola into 4 parfait glasses. Repeat layers.

Why muscle is important for weight loss?
