Building Muscle Is The Secret You’ve Been Looking For
Shoutout to my client and friend Julie who has been absolutely crushing it in her pursuit of looking great, feeling great and being healthy.
A huge reason why I believe Julie has been so successful is because she has fully embraced building muscle.
After working with over 650 female clients now, I know that for many women, the idea of building muscle or gaining weight is absolutely terrifying.
You’ve likely tried so many times to LOSE weight - why on earth would you try gaining it back??
The thing is… if you want to have a fit, lean, athletic looking body - You MUST stop focusing solely on losing weight. The toned body that you want has muscle on it. That weighs something.

Julie has built an awesome physique and looks incredible because she went through the process of actively trying to put on muscle.
Notice she is not “too muscular” or “bulky”. She still look fit, feminine and strong. Not to mention, building muscle makes you HEALTHY. Being skinny as a rake is not healthy, ladies. It makes you feel weak, tired and constantly hungry. Adding muscle is where it’s at.
