Ajax Knights Tyke Red 2015-16

This year was an amazing year for the team. As the year went on, players did not want to take their "Player of the Game" pictures alone anymore. They kept asking for their team mates to be in the pictures with them. It was a great sign that they had come together as a team.

As we end this year, there are a lot of thank you to say. First off, to our sponsors. Their support helped all the families on the team.

Thank you to the parents, family and friends of the team, showing the passion to take the kids to every practice and game that they could, and working for all the fundraising efforts.

Thank you to our coaching and management staff. All the hours that they put in on and off the ice to help develop and guide the kids and making sure that everything ran smoothly through out the year.

And finally, thank you to the kids. For their enthusiasm all season. Working hard every practice and every game. Smiling and having fun at every event. Its because of them that we all do this.

This year has been amazing and the boys should be proud of everything they accomplished.

Good luck to all the boys for their 2016-17 seasons. No matter what, they will always remember their team this year and all the new friends that they made.

Exhibition game time. The boys visit Stouffville for a warmup before the weekend tournament.

The regular season lead up to a Championship Day game against the Oshawa Generals Red team in Trenton. Our boys were ready for a tough battle. The coaching staff had the boys prepared and ready to give it all on the ice. And they did ,getting the win in and extremely close game! Way to go Tyke Red!

And just like that the regular season is over. It ended on a great note with another tie against the division leading Pickering Panthers. The boys played with heart and determination and put on a great show for the fans. Thank you to all the friends and family that came out to watch the game!

And after feeling like it just started, the boys end their regular season tonight. Fittingly enough, when the boys played their first exhibition game as a team, it was against Pickering, Tonight, they end the regular season against them. Alot is on the line for both teams, so expect an exciting game!
