MOMMY FIT CAMP: Fitness for moms and their little ones 🍼💪🏼
Get fit, have fun and connect with local mamas✔️
This is a full body workout designed to safely strengthen and support your post pregnancy body (all fitness levels welcome)
Classes are a mix of body weight, dumb bell, resistance bands and baby weight exercises (all exercises can be modified to accommodate baby holding and wearing) 👩🍼
We have 4000 square feet of safe turf space for babies to crawl and play while moms get their sweat on! This is a great opportunity to keep babies stimulated and develop a healthy relationship with movement😅

This weekend kicks off our Winter Program for Her Fit Camp🥳
Schedule: January 7- March 26
Sunday 9am
Saturday 8am
Our classes are a full body strength workout with core & conditioning mixed in. Our classes focus on form and technique while creating a safe environment for lifting heavier weight you might not feel comfortable to do on your own🏋🏾♀️
Complete fitness testing and an inbody scan at the beginning and end of each program will allow you to track your strength progress and changes in body composition (muscle mass gains, body fat lost and BMR)📈
We will help you set goals based on your fitness testing and scan related to weekday training, nutrition and recovery✔️
We’ll be doing fitness testing & inbody scans at the start of class both Sunday and Saturday

MOMMY FIT CAMP aka MOMMY BOOTCAMP has been one of the most rewarding programs I have ever been a part of🙋🏻♀️
This program started in September 2022 and has grown into such a empowering, positive community for moms looking to prioritize their health and fitness, while giving babies and kids the opportunity to explore and socialize in a safe space🤱🏾👶🏻👧🏽
I know firsthand how challenging it can be to make time for yourself as a mom and I also know how important exercise is for moms physical health, more importantly their mental health which is why I am so passionate about Mommy Fit Camp🤍
I want to wish all of our moms and babies a safe and healthy holiday🎄 I cannot wait to see you back in the new year to help you crush your fitness goals in 2023! 💪🏼

WE’RE BACK!!!
It’s been a while but we are back and so excited to be offering strength and considering bootcamps again!
You’ll notice a few changes:
1. The name: Her Fit Camp (what used to be Rage Camp)
2. Location: We are now located in Ajax at Westney and Bayly
3. Weekend classes! We will be offering weekday classes in the new year ✔️
4. Mommy Bootcamp: since having two kids of our own we know how difficult it can be for moms to find a fitness routine that fits into their babies schedule, one that’s also fun and one that is also safe for recovering postpartum bodies.
