SWIPE to explore just a few of the many benefits of Dance classes for children!

DANCE improves cardiovascular health, core strength, posture, flexibility, rhythm, coordination and balance. ✅

DANCE teaches children about perseverance, discipline, respect and focus, along with the rewards and benefits of hard work. ✅

DANCE builds confidence in children- not only through the many performance opportunities but also through the daily feedback from teachers and peers and the feelings of accomplishment when acquiring a new skill. ✅

DANCE helps to develop social skills, creative thinking and problem solving skills. We learn to take turns, work as a team and support one another. ✅

DANCE provides a safe and appropriate space to express ourselves and our emotions. We are both athletes and artists. ✅

DANCE friends can become as close as family! Friendships made in the dance studio can last a lifetime. ✅

DANCE boosts our mood! Dancing releases endorphins and makes us happy! ✅

The Dance Experience has been training happy, healthy dancers in the Durham Region since 1989.
