We're loving this Sunny Side Up Sriracha Avocado H**p Toast recipe by Toby Amidor! Check it out πŸ‘‡

Ingredients
1 slice of whole wheat bread
1/2 avocado, mashed
1 egg
Sriracha sauce
Manitoba Harvest H**p Hearts
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
1. Add butter, coconut oil, or olive oil to a small pan over medium heat. Crack the egg in the pan and cook sunny side up.

2. While the egg is cooking, put the whole wheat bread in the toaster.

3. Once the toast is done, spread the mashed avocado on the toast.

4. Top with the sunny side up egg and a drizzle of sriracha sauce and sprinkle on some H**p Hearts.

5. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.

We're loving this Coconut Quinoa Bowl recipe by Toby Amidor! Check it out πŸ‘‡

Ingredients
1 cup water
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup white quinoa
ΒΌ cup pure maple syrup
1 cup berries (raspberries, blueberries, sliced strawberries, etc.)
1 banana, sliced

Directions:
1. Stir the water and coconut milk together in a small pot and bring to a boil; add the quinoa, stir, and reduce heat to low.

2. Simmer partially covered until the liquid is absorbed, about 15 minutes. Remove pot from the heat and stir the quinoa.

3. Replace the cover on the pot and rest for 5 minutes.

4. Stir maple syrup through the quinoa.

5. To serve, divide quinoa between four bowls; top with the berries and banana slices.
