Now We Go 🏋️

Earlier today, our club unveiled SHED Fitness as the official strength and conditioning provider of PFC 🤝

Located less than ten minutes from our home facility, SHED Fitness offers PFC high performance athletes year round training and both the tools and environment to strengthen their skills on the field 💪

Our club is excited to continue working with Mike Cicinelli and the rest of the amazing Shed Fitness|Durham athletic training|Personal Training|Gym team throughout the indoor and outdoor season 🙌
