For all those who are up, 12:00 PM, January 1 at our Peterborough location New Year’s training time to bring the new year in with 1000 punches , 1000 kicks, maybe a few push-ups, and crunches and definitely finish with 24 Kata- for those already committed to coming. CourseLoop - Team 1 In June, our Team is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are going to help shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to su***de in 2020 and raise awareness of mental health. Feel free to join us or support a team member who is taking part.
