And just like that… CCB course is DONE! 🎉🤍
What a few weeks it’s been! So many hours of teaching, learning, practicing, laughing, questioning, sweating 😅 and hopefully a few “aha!” moments along the way.

SO proud of this group and everything you’ve accomplished. Watching you grow in confidence, knowledge, and skill throughout the course has been such a joy. 🥹✨

And a big congratulations to those who also completed their CMR! You’re officially on your way to full certification! 👏🏼🎉 Can’t wait to see you all again in December for the Advanced Level course!

It was such a pleasure teaching you all at the SPA-TO — definitely my other happy workplace! 🤍

This one is for my Instructor Trainer family. 🤍🌎

We’ve been celebrating our wonderful clients who have been such a huge part of our studio’s 15-year journey.

But today, I want to celebrate another very special group of people — my fellow Instructor Trainers, colleagues and friends from around the world.

From Europe 🇪🇺, the USA 🇺🇸, and across Asia 🌏…

Different countries.
Different time zones.
Different Pilates journeys.

But somehow, one beautiful community. 🤍

These are the people I’ve had the privilege of learning from, teaching alongside, sharing ideas with, laughing with, and growing with throughout the years.

And when they took the time to send me these little anniversary messages…

Well… 🥹❤️ my heart was FULL.

How did I get so lucky to have such incredible people in my Pilates world? 🌎🤍

✨ CELEBRATING 15 YEARS Of Our Pilates Studio✨

15 years of Pilates studio, pilates, movement, friendship, community and so many wonderful memories. 🤍

What made this anniversary especially meaningful was celebrating with two people who have been part of my journey for more than 10 years — Jennifer O’Connell, former MP, and Councillor Maurice Brenner — not only as community leaders, but also as Pilates clients and friends.

It was so special seeing them reconnect, enjoy Pilates, and share in the benefits of movement. 🤍

And a special congratulations to Councillor Brenner on being acclaimed for another term this year! 👏

From the studio to lunch by the water, it was a beautiful way to celebrate 15 years. Grateful for the friendships, community and memories along the way.

Here’s to 15 years and everything still ahead! 🥂🤍

SOME FRIENDSHIPS ARE BUILT ONE PILATES SESSION AT A TIME 🤍

Over 10 years together... and what a journey it's been.

After COVID, these three amazing clients moved away from Pickering, but we never let distance get in the way. We kept showing up for each other through online Pilates sessions, no matter where life took us.

A few months' break for everyone's travels made this reunion even sweeter.
This weekend, they came back to the studio, hopped onto the reformers, and it was like no time had passed. They said how much they had missed it - reformer class in person —and honestly, we had missed them too!

But this reunion was about so much more than Pilates. We shared delicious food by the lake, sipped w**e, laughed until our cheeks hurt, took walks along the boardwalk, enjoyed an overnight stay, and created even more memories together.

The conversations, the movement, the friendship... this is why we love what we do. Pilates brings people together, but it's the relationships that keep us connected.

Thank you for over a decade of trust, commitment, and friendship. Here's to many more years of moving, laughing, and making memories together. 🥂✨

✨ Instructor Spotlight: Betul ✨

Betul is a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor in Mat and Reformer, with training in Cadillac.

Her Pilates journey began here at Pilates by Bernadette as a client. She first came to classes on her own and over time, her love for movement naturally grew—eventually encouraging her husband to join her as well.

With her dedication and natural ability to connect with people, she stepped into her role as an apprentice in the studio and progressed through her instructor training pathway with guidance and support. It has been such a privilege to witness her journey unfold.

I am incredibly proud of the instructor she has become.

Today, Betul is a valued member of our teaching team, known for her uplifting energy, warm presence, and biomechanics-based approach. She helps clients reconnect with their bodies, build confidence, and move with greater ease and awareness. Her private and group sessions are deeply loved by our community.

We are so grateful to have her as part of the Pilates by Bernadette family. 💕

Every moment of this first quarter was filled with energy, growth, and so much joy. Not even the depths of winter could dim a life rooted in Pilates, community, and connection 🤎

From beautiful firsts and unexpected surprises to birthdays and special moments that set the tone for the year—this season has been nothing short of magical. And the best part? It’s only the beginning.

Grateful for every single one of you who made it so special. Can’t wait to flow into spring together—stronger, brighter, and with even more laughter ahead 🌸

A little Christmas magic at the studio—our amazing instructors, their families, pajamas, surprises (yes, the husbands didn’t know 😄), kids, laughter, teaching swaps, dinner, games, and so much gratitude.

This studio is more than a place to move—it’s a community we’re so proud to grow together.
