The next kids comp class will be this Sunday April 21st. Kids comp class is open to all affiliated academies and friends. This session is free for everyone, all competitive kids are welcome to attend and all coaches are welcome to put their gi on and be on the mats helping us to run the class.

As our kids' program continues to thrive, it's time to enhance its organization for even greater success!

Rest assured, the class timings your child currently enjoys will remain unchanged. However, we're thrilled to introduce a more structured approach, tailored to different age groups.🥋



Youth Program Update:

Youth 2 (9-11 years old) and Teens (12-15 years old):

Starting immediately, these classes will be divided into two groups:

Basic: For white belts and gray with white belts.
Advanced: For solid gray belts and above.Both groups will engage in advanced drills and scenarios, fostering accelerated growth and skill development.


Youth 1 (6-8 years old): We'll also explore splitting this group into two as we better understand their unique needs.



Special Note: Our North York Saturday classes for Youth 2 and Teens are now geared towards competition, featuring intensive drills and targeted training sessions for these groups.🚀



We're committed to providing a dynamic and enriching martial arts journey for every child, ensuring they reach their full potential.
