Every season has its purpose.

Prep teaches you discipline, patience, and how much you’re capable of pushing yourself. Off season teaches you patience in a completely different way… Learning to embrace the process, eat more, grow, and trust that the work is happening even when you can’t see the changes right away.

Right now, I’m really intentional about my off season. I’m with my coach Bailey Brown | Online Fitness Coach , following a plan, building, eating more, training hard, and allowing myself to get a little uncomfortable so I can eventually get comfortable with a physique I’ve worked so hard to create.

Both seasons are hard for completely different reasons. Both require discipline in completely different ways. And honestly… I love both for different reasons 🤍

You can’t have one without the other. The off season builds the physique that prep reveals, and prep reveals what the off season created.

So instead of wishing I was in a different season, I’m learning to appreciate the one I’m in. 🙃
