The Ottawa River Musky Factory Our facilities are located on the water on one of the most productive and exciting stretches of the Ottawa River.

Less than 30 minutes in either direction of the Factory are many world class musky spots, both trolling and casting, that ANNUALLY PRODUCE DOZENS OF FAT 50+ INCH MUSKIES!!!!! Our preference is to book people for periods in excess of 3 days. This makes the likelihood of boating at least one giant musky good. The chances of catching at least one 50 inch fish over a seven day period are greater than 50 percent. Check it out for some interesting photos and videos.

ORMF WEEKEND Report - Scored 7!

Every Monday this fall we will give a report on catches, water conditions, and happenings on the water to keep you in the loop and ready.

After the water cleared up from last Wednesday's cold front deluge, it took a couple days for things to return to normal.

This past weekend produced 7 muskies up to 46 inches. Dylan Quay came from NYC to get his new PB.

Lots of eagles in the air and sturgeon jumping. We watched the first hunting lines of cormorants at work with 100 or so birds hunting as a pack. And, those fall sunsets were spectacular!

ALL ORMF guides have fish 3 days in a row. That's how most of the fall goes!

Water temps are still in the 70s, the water has good visibility, and Bananrama 2026 starts next week.

The Musky Smile!

With the cooler days and nights, our water temperatures are starting to drop. This only means 1 thing. It's Prime Time for Muskies! The fish will start to put on the feed bag in preparation for winter. Now is the time to catch your fish of a lifetime. Come and get it!

PRIME TIME 2026 IS HERE!

FALL is prime time in the musky world. Big fish are putting on a half a pound to a pound a week every week from the end of August to early November.

Most musky anglers catch the biggest fish of their season in September or October.

Is there a better way than this to catch your first musky?

It's not too often that I get to go fun fishing anymore. However on this warm day in July, Grace landed her first musky in the best way possible. The picture perfect topwater eat! Grace has had some of the worst luck I've ever seen with muskies over the years. with dozens of chances(And a few giants), she always fell short of putting one of them in the bag.

It was a pleasure sharing a boat with defensemen .26. Over the 2 short trips that Carter did, he managed to land a few nice fish. Including a trophy 40+ inch pike on topwater. The Shadzilla strikes again! Putting both muskies in the boat in less than 10 minutes apart.

There is still plenty more fish to be caught this season! Come and see what it is all about!

All it took was an hour of musky fishing to get a first ever musky. It just happened to be an absolute GIANT! The waterwolflures counter goes up to 8 after this one.
