Through some private classes and dedication Ryan and Sam were awarded their newest belts and Caleb was awarded his 3rd stripe in Gracie Jiu Jitsu while putting in time training during summer vacation.

DMA will be closed May 18th for the Victoria day holiday and re open May 20th

After 53 years of Martial Arts and 46 years of teaching , I had to get some corrective Surgery on my knee. Since the knee has partial cartilage loss but the knee was still in good shape.
I went with a high tibial Osteotomy to realign the knee instead of knee replacement therefore keeping my knee. Long recovery but will be worth it in the end.
