Mobility work might not be the most exciting part of training, and judging these faces, it’s definitely not the most comfortable 🤣
But there’s a reason why you should make time for that pain.
Mobility isn’t just about being more flexible.
It’s about giving your joints the ability to move freely through their full range of motion without pain or impingement.
Better mobility can help you move more efficiently, improve the quality of your training, recover better between sessions, and reduce some of the stiffness that comes from training hard, sitting all day, or simply getting older.
And just like strength and conditioning, it’s something that needs to be worked on consistently.
I recommend a minimum of 5 minutes of mobility work every day.
A few intentional minutes spent working on the areas that need it most can make a massive difference.
We had another full Mobility Session this weekend, and it’s been awesome hearing how much better people are feeling after adding mobility work into their training.
