NEW Exhibit:
Sherrille MacKeigan began her quilting journey in 1982 at her home in Port Hawkesbury. Although the origins of her work are in traditional quilting and clothing-making, Sherrille now also practices many newer techniques such as foundation paper-piecing, English paper-piecing, machine embroidery, applique, and long-arm quilting. Likewise, her color choices have expanded over the years from traditional tones to many bright and electrifying palates.

Eilidh J. Bassani's exhibition, 'Catch a Fallen Sky,' is inspired by her roots in Mabou, Cape Breton NS. Her works of paintings and photographs incorporate an ecocritical perspective and a celebration of the natural. Elements that propel her art are the violin, words from mentors and an image of an old road.
