Kick for a Cure is back!

CMFSC is proud to support the 19th annual Michael Cuccione Foundation Kick for a Cure on Saturday, August 22, at Town Centre Park.

Join us for a full day of soccer, family activities, food, entertainment and community—all in support of the Michael Cuccione Childhood Cancer Research Program at BC Children’s Hospital.

CMFSC Academy coaches will lead a special soccer clinic for children ages 4–11 alongside members of Vancouver Whitecaps FC. Players can also participate in youth tournaments for ages 8–17, while adult teams can take part in the adult tournament and compete for a great cause.

We are excited to welcome Brenda Stratton to Coquitlam Metro-Ford Soccer Club as our new Technical Director & Academy Director, Girls Program.

Brenda brings extensive experience in coaching, player development, technical leadership, and competitive programming. In her new role, she will help guide the continued growth of our girls’ pathway, support our coaches, and create positive development opportunities for players across the club.

Join us at Percy Perry Stadium on Sunday, July 19 (10:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.) for one last Community Viewing Party for the Gold Medal Match Final.

Gates open at 10:30 a.m. ahead of the 12 p.m. kickoff. Attendees are welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages (no glass bottles please). Please note that bags and coolers are subject to inspection upon entry.
