Clubhouse Attendant – Evenings & Weekends

Golfer’s Dream Golf Club is looking for a reliable, responsible, hard-working and friendly Clubhouse Attendant to join our team for the remainder of the golf season.
This is a great position for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable working independently, and isn’t afraid to stay busy and help wherever needed.
Position Details
• Seasonal position through the end of October
• Potential opportunity to return for future golf seasons
• Evening and weekend availability is required
• Shifts are typically 1:00 p.m. until close, generally around 8:00 or 9:00 p.m. depending on the time of year
Responsibilities
• Answer phone calls and assist customers with tee-time bookings and general golf course inquiries
• Welcome golfers and provide friendly customer service
• Check golfers in and out for their rounds
• Process payments and operate the point-of-sale system
• Assist with beverages, snacks and alcohol service as required
• Keep the clubhouse and pro shop clean, organized and well stocked
• Complete closing duties as scheduled
• Complete end-of-shift cash-out procedures
• Work independently and take initiative when tasks need to be completed
• Help keep the clubhouse running smoothly during busy periods
What We're Looking For
• Hard-working and willing to take initiative
• Reliable and punctual
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Friendly, upbeat and comfortable dealing with customers
• Able to work independently without constant supervision
• Organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once
• Comfortable answering phones and communicating clearly with customers
• Available evenings and weekends
• Valid Smart Serve certification
• Must be 18 years of age or older
We are a small, family-owned golf course and are looking for someone who will become a dependable part of our clubhouse team. The right person will be hard-working, responsible, friendly and willing to jump in wherever needed.
