With this special, you will get three private sessions with a certified instructor plus 3 class credits towards any class you want. This is a great way to get comfortable with the equipment, go over form on specific exercises, address modifications for a particular injury and ask alllllll the questions you can think of.

Sessions will run for three consecutive weeks beginning the week of September 14th (some flexibility may be granted if agreed upon in advance with your trainer). No experience required. Reformer sessions are only available with Hillary. Package is non-refundable after September 7th.

We have been having SO much fun with our moms and babies and are excited to be running two fall 4-week BYOB(aby) Pilates series. 👶💗🩵

In this series, we will work on reconnecting with our core, supporting our posture, and building up overall strength throughout the body. We will work both on the mat and the reformer. Show up as you are. No pressure, no judgement, just a time to connect with yourself, your baby and other moms.

This gentle class is open to all levels. Mom’s must be at least 6-weeks postpartum and cleared to exercise. For everyone’s safety, this class is for our non-crawling/walking babies only. This course is non-refundable after September 8th. Book using the Rise Fitness Port Perry app under the “courses” tab.
