Our new Website! I’ve had a few snags getting things up and running! Sorry for the delay. We are off Sept 1-7th for yearly maintenance. Classes start up on the 8th. Classes are purchased monthly. Single classes will be listed when they become available. I’ve tried a couple new classes for September….we’ll see how they go. Enjoy the rest of your summer!

Just a reminder there are no classes at Pilates in Port at our Port Stanley Studio located within The Port Stanley Fitness Centre from September 1-7th
If you are in Vienna or surrounding area, I hope you will drop in to our free classes for participants over 55. 9:30-10 am Cardio-Drumming Fitness followed by an hour of Therapeutic Pilates Mat Class. Bring your own mat. Classes Start Wednesday September 2nd at The Vienna Community Centre. You can register before class. Apparently Humpty Dumpty can be put back together with Pilates. Glad to be back after my little fall!

Just refining my fall schedule…Are there any daytime participants that would like to see a Monday morning rebounder/jumpboard class? I was thinking Mondays at 10 am or Saturdays at 11 am. There will be an evening class Thursdays at 6 pm as well. Fall classes start after Labour Day. Let me know your thoughts🙂. Jumpboard is a more intense class combining cardio intervals with traditional reformer movements. Lot’s of fun and a great workout.

Teaser Alert! I’ve been working on our new website that is lovely, but oh so frustrating. In the interim, please keep booking single classes on BookSteam. Hopefully our new site will be fully operational by next weekend to book fall sessions starting after Labour Day.
