Good luck and happy first day to all of our students!

We will be awaiting our afterschool arrivals today!

No uniforms will be needed for the first 2 days will be doing some fun fitness afterschool and then Friday will be a free-games day. We will be doing locker and cubby assignment. If you do bring your uniform you can toss it in your locker.

All paperwork will be at the gym today for parents so if you have any questions feel free to ask us, if I have your registration form from last year and your returning and nothing has changed for contact info that is also perfect no paperwork required.

No experience required, just some desire to try martial arts and a water bottle.

*We have opened up a handful of spots*

3972 #7 Highway, Porters Lake.
Servicing O'Connell Drive ES and
École des Beaux-Marais.

This is an active fitness and taekwondo based program that has now been running for 10+ years.
We are excited to continue to offer to the community.

If your child is active and would like to learn some skills as well as be challenged in a fun environment. We have spaces for this coming year.

Program starts at Primary (limited spots) and continues to Grade 6.
We also cover all PD days with enrolment!
If you have questions feel free to DM us. We will get you full program paperwork and can have you signed up for this school year.

PLEASE SEE THIS EXCITING OPPORTUNITY!!!!

As the new school year gets underway, we are pleased to remind you that intake is open for the Sport School Credit Program – Coaching and Officiating.

The program provides Grade 10, 11 and 12 students with an opportunity to earn a full high school credit for their involvement in coaching or officiating within sport in Nova Scotia.

Who Can Participate?

The program is open to current Grade 10, 11 and 12 students who are:

Coaching or officiating in sport;
Participating with a recognized sport organization or PSO member; and
Interested in developing their coaching or officiating skills while earning a high school credit.
Students can begin and complete the program at any time during their Grade 10–12 years.

We encourage all PSOs to share this opportunity with your clubs, associations, coaches, officials, athletes and families. This is a great way to recognize the valuable contribution that young people make to sport in Nova Scotia while supporting their education and leadership development.
