The Friends of the qathet Canoe Route Society is a local non-profit society. Route formerly known as Powell Forest Canoe Route.
The Powell Forest (qathet) Canoe Route is within the traditional territory of the Tla’amin, Sishalh and Klahoose Nations. It also falls within the Stillwater Forest Operation (SFO), TFL 39 Block1 Forest Management Area (Western Forest Products).
