We’re excited to announce the return of our Little Ninjas program!

Northwake Martial Arts is proud to have Overdrive Athletics lead our Little Ninjas Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program for ages 3–5.

This program is designed specifically for our youngest martial artists, using fun, age-appropriate games and Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals to help children develop:

🧠 Focus & listening skills
💪 Coordination & balance
🤝 Respect & discipline
❤️ Positive social skills
🔥 A love for movement and martial arts

🥋 8-WEEK LITTLE NINJAS PROGRAM

Ages 3–5
1 class per week
4:15–5:00 PM
$175 for the 8-week session

Two groups will be available:

MONDAY GROUP — 12 spots
WEDNESDAY GROUP — 12 spots

📍 243 South Industrial Dr. — Northwake Martial Arts Building

Spots are limited to 12 kids per class!

For families who have participated in Little Ninjas through Northwake in the past, we’d love to welcome your little ninjas back! This session will now be organized and registered directly through Overdrive Athletics, while continuing to operate out of Northwake Martial Arts.

Starting a new TKD chapter!

We would like to officially welcome Mr. Lucian Phillips, IV Dan to the ITF Taekwon-Do Union Canada Association. Mr. Phillips started training in ITF Taekwon-Do in 1986. He is a 4th Dan in ITF Taekwon-Do and a 2nd Dan in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He also was a member of Team Canada competing at the world championships from 1999-2009. Mr. Phillips is the owner and head instructor of North Wake Martial Arts in Prince Albert, Saskatchaewan, his own school, which he started in 1999.
