Why “In-Spire”??🤔

The name “Spire” is more than just a name I chose. Spire to me stands for the five pillars of wellness that have shaped my own journey of wellness:
🧘🏽‍♀️Spiritual– feeling grounded, connected, and in tune with yourself.
💪🏽Physical– honoring and strengthening the body we live in.
🧠Intellectual– feeding your curiosity and growing your mind.
👯‍♀️Relational– building meaningful bonds and lifting each other up.
🎭Emotional– learning to feel fully, heal deeply, and love yourself through it all.

Together, they form the foundation of In-Spire. My hope is that this space becomes more than just a workout — that it becomes a place where people come to feel discovered.

I’m so grateful for everyone who’s already signed up. Your support means the world as I take this leap into my first business. Right now, I’m busy planning, prepping classes, and pouring love into every detail. I can already feel the energy this room will hold — and I can’t wait to move, connect, and grow with you all!!🤗
