Congratulations to the Vernon Mustangs who scored late in the third and held off a late game Charge from the hometown Cougars to Win the Gold Medal! 4-3 was the final.
We would like to thank all the teams that made the trip to Prince George for the 2023 Northern Lights Out Tournament. Safe travels home!

🚨CHAMPIONSHIP DAY STREAMING🚨
Fantastic Day of Hockey today, that said some scary moments and some banged up players. The entire team behind the 2023 U13 Tier 1 Northern Lights Out Tournament sends their best wishes and hopes for a speedy recovery for all.
As we close the door on today we look ahead tomorow. Three games total tomorrow
8am - consolation game - Bruins vs Silverbacks
Unfortunately we will not be able to stream this game. Best of luck to both teams!
9am - Semi Finals - Cougars vs Storm - This game will be streamed live 🎥
1:30pm - Finals - Mustangs vs winner of Semis - This game will be streamed live 🎥

🚨TEAM ANNOUNCEMENT🚨
Puck drop is just around the corner!
As teams make their way to Prince George we would like to take some time to introduce the teams that will do battle in the 2023 Northern lights Out Tournament.
We are so excited to have a wide range of teams, from the Fraser Valley and the Okanagan to the North and Peace Region this tournament will showcase top U13 talent from BC and AB‼️
Lastly we would like to introduce the Hometown U13 Tier 1 Prince George Cougars. With a 14-1-0 tournament record this season and three Gold Medals this team is excited to showcase their talents on home ice. But they know this weekend will be some of the toughest competition they’ve seen yet!
Come cheer them on in person or tune in to livestream!
The Cougars will open their tournament Friday at 9am against the Vernon Mustangs 🏒🥅

Puck drop is just around the corner!
As teams make their way to Prince George we would like to take some time to introduce the teams that will do battle in the 2023 Northern lights Out Tournament.
We are so excited to have a wide range of teams, from the Fraser Valley and the Okanagan to the North and Peace Region this tournament will showcase top U13 talent from BC and AB‼️
It’s our second stop in the Okanagan as we welcome the Salmon Arm Silverbacks!
Upon arriving to PG the Silverbacks will open the tournament Friday at 8:30am against the Chilliwack Jr Bruins 🏒🥅
🎥 The Silverbacks first streamed game will be Saturday at 11:15am when they face the Prince George Cougars
