Two great classes tonight, you guys and girls all did awesome. First JumpStretch official sculpt and stretching class was great. Have a great day. Tomorrow youth class at 115pm/ schedules are available with me or at Golds front desk.

Ok this time I split it up. There are several new people who have signed up in the last few days also several others who tried the jumpstretch training and loved it. We'll see them again. Have a great day, I'll see you thursday night at 645pm

Great class tonight and this afternoon. You Guys and Gals did awesome, your all getting great results in speed, strength and flexibility. I had written something about both classes and then Facebook told me I wrote to much. lol. Anyhow it apparently is in the a note form somewhere.

Good Friday today, seems like this year is going pretty fast. Great class yesterday with Duchess Park Football. Seeing great improvements in strength, speed and athletic ability. I wasn't there last night but I heard youth soccer had fun and worked hard, great class thanks Vic and Sandra.
