On a prit le temps lors de SAIL Challenge Québec de lui poser quelques questions. Aujourd’hui elle vous ouvre les portes de son métier et vous explique comment elle accompagne les athlètes dans leur préparation.

You may have already seen Catherine on our page over the past few months. During the SAIL Challenge Québec, we took the opportunity to ask her a few questions.

Today, she’s giving you a behind-the-scenes look at her profession and explaining how she supports athletes throughout their preparation.

Pendant le SAIL Challenge Québec, nos bénévoles de l’équipe verte ont joué un rôle essentiel tout au long du week-end en assurant le tri des matières résiduelles et en veillant à ce que le site demeure propre, accueillant et respectueux de l’environnement.

Pour un événement d’une telle envergure, chaque geste compte. Et c’est grâce à des personnes engagées comme eux que nous pouvons continuer à faire évoluer nos pratiques et à réduire notre impact.

Throughout the SAIL Challenge Québec, our Green Team volunteers played an essential role by sorting waste and helping keep the event site clean, welcoming, and environmentally responsible.

For an event of this scale, every action makes a difference. Thanks to dedicated people like them, we can continue improving our sustainability efforts and reducing our environmental impact.

Des femmes réunies par un même objectif, une même énergie et une envie de se dépasser, ensemble. Pour plusieurs, le P113 représentait un tout premier triathlon et elles l’ont relevé avec brio.

Nous avons eu le plaisir de discuter avec Marie-Josée, cofondatrice des Roses, qui nous raconte ce que représente cette belle communauté.

Among the highlights of the SAIL Challenge Quebec, there was Les Roses. 🥹

A group of women united by a shared goal, the same energy, and the desire to push themselves together. For many of them, the P113 was their very first triathlon, and they rose to the challenge beautifully.

We had the pleasure of speaking with Marie-Josée, co-founder of Les Roses, who shares what this incredible community means to her.

The race weekend may be over, but your next training block might already be underway. ⚡️

We’d like to take a moment to thank SPARKNUTRITION for supporting our athletes throughout the SAIL Challenge Québec by helping them stay hydrated and energized.

You waited for it, it's finally here : the recap video of SAIL Challenge Quebec, powered by Argon 18. 🥹

We could talk about the race starts at sunrise, the finish lines filled with emotion, the records that were broken, the smiles, the tears, the rain, the heat, and the cheers echoing all along the course.

We could talk about the volunteers, the families, the partners, the spectators, and every athlete who dared to take on their challenge. But more than anything, what will stay with us are the unforgettable moments and emotions we had the privilege of sharing together.

Thank you for making this edition of the SAIL Challenge Québec such a memorable one. We'll see you again very soon, because the story continues from July 23 to July 25, 2027! ❤️

Challenge ROTH: l'expérience ultime du triathlon! 🤩

Reconnu à l’international comme l’un des événements les plus emblématiques du sport, le Challenge ROTH rassemble chaque année plus de 5 000 athlètes en Allemagne.

Au programme :
🏊‍♂️ 3,8 km de nage
🚴‍♀️ 180 km de vélo
🏃‍♂️ 42,2 km de course à pied

Une longue distance complète, dans une ambiance unique où toute une communauté, de près de 260 000 personnes, se mobilise pour encourager les participants du début à la fin! 🥹

Les inscriptions s’envolent en quelques minutes à peine, ce qui en fait un événement difficile d’accès et encore plus convoité.

Bonne nouvelle pour la communauté SAIL Challenge Québec : plus de 200 athlètes du R226 et 20 du P113 auront la chance de vivre cette expérience en 2027. Il s'agit d'une occasion rare, quand on sait que certains attendent des années avant de pouvoir participer!

Challenge ROTH: the ultimate triathlon experience! 🤩

Recognized worldwide as one of the most iconic events in the sport, Challenge ROTH brings together over 5,000 athletes each year in Germany.

On the program:
🏊‍♂️ 3.8 km swim
🚴‍♀️ 180 km bike
🏃‍♂️ 42.2 km run

A full long-distance race set in a unique atmosphere, where an entire community of nearly 260,000 people comes together to cheer on athletes from start to finish! 🥹

Registration spots sell out in just minutes, making it a highly sought-after and hard-to-access event.

Good news for the SAIL Challenge Québec community: more than 200 R226 athletes and 20 P113 athletes will have the chance to experience this in 2027. A rare opportunity, considering some wait years to get in!
