π§ π Honouring the power of ! A research study led by Prof. Raymond Kim-Wai Sum at the Chinese University of Hong Kong reveals the positive impacts of sports journals on student-athletes' cognitive function and perceived physical literacy.
The study involved 300 students using handwritten sports journals over eight weeks, alongside the usage of the PPLI (Perceived Physical Literacy Instrument), the Flanker Test, and the Sternberg Memory test. The results? A marked improvement in all key areas tested! ππ
