Yesterday, our graduating LHPS student-athletes met with their families, coaches and loved ones before the Sports Gala!

They were presented with a souvenir to commemorate their time in our hockey program. It was a pleasure to watch you grow as people and hockey players and to support your development throughout your final high school year! ☘️

To close our RSEQ teams’ season on a high note, we are cordially inviting all LHPS players to our Annual St. Pat’s Hockey Gala on May 27, 2026.

The gala will take place at Salle Jean-Paul-Tardif (beside Collège Saint-Charles-Garnier). Doors will open at 5:30 PM and the gala will begin at 6:00 PM.

Student-athletes may bring up to 2 guests to the event. As seating is limited at this beautiful venue, all attendees must respect the dress code for the evening.

Put on your best outfit and come celebrate the success of our Fighting Irish teams and student-athletes with us! ☘

Best of luck to Coach Powers as he spends the next four days in Ottawa at the Cross Border Challenge!

Our Program Director will represent Team Québec alongside the province’s top 95 U-14 hockey players as they take on Team Ontario in an eight-team tournament.

Please note that Coach Talbot was also selected to participate in Team Québec U-13 Girls’ Défi de la Relève, but unfortunately could not attend.

Yesterday, our graduating student-athletes had their final on-ice Hockey Profile session. As we enter our multisport block, we want to thank you for the memories, commitment and leadership you brought to the program over the past few years.

You will always be part of the Fighting Irish family and welcomed on the ice with us! 💚☘️

The popular Spikeball league is coming back in just a couple of days!

Every year, a few of our staff members and students put their roundnet skills to the test!

It is a great way to relieve your stress, have some fun with your friends and develop yourself as an all-around athlete! ☘️🏐

We are finishing our year of Stars of the month with our 4 deserving student-athletes in April. Congratulations to all!

🌟 Amy Roy: Amy has made significant progress in her individual skills over the past month. She has improved her puck skills and shooting mechanics while showing great motivation at the rink each day. Amy has also been a great teammate both at school and on the ice!

🌟 Jayden Cui: Our smiling Japanese forward created a lot of offense during our small-area games and has been receptive to improving his game. He has also had strong success in Math and Physical Education recently, along with great feedback from his teachers.

🌟 Malik Tidball: Malik reached a new level in April and was a key contributor to his team’s success in the playoffs and at the Provincial Championship. Our right-handed forward played a hard-nosed, physical, and offensive game over the past month and was rewarded with 11 points in 13 postseason games!

🌟 Liam Gagné: Liam continued his impressive progression curve in April, showing poise, playmaking ability, and occasional goofiness! He finished second in scoring during the Spring Cup while earning great feedback from the coaching staff regarding his effort and behavior.

Every month, the 4 Stars of the Month receive a special gift to reward their efforts on and off the ice. We proudly recognize 3 LHPS stars and 1 Profile star each month! 👏☘️🇮🇪
