Even though I post a lot, I’m actually pretty shy about sharing certain parts of myself online.

But I’ve noticed that every time I start showing a part of myself I used to feel shy about, it slowly starts to feel more natural. More accepted. More like… yeah, this is me too.

One year ago, I decided to start posting.

I had no strategy. No expectations. I just wanted to share what I was learning along the way.

Looking back… these are the posts that ended up getting the most views. 😅

Some make perfect sense.
Some completely surprised me.

It reminded me that you never really know what people will connect with. So I guess the best thing to do is keep sharing the moments that genuinely make you smile.

Thank you to everyone who’s been here this past year. Whether you came for climbing, startups, travel, community projects, or just because the algorithm randomly introduced us… I’m really glad you’re here. ❤️

Still smiling after Friday’s friendly climbing comp at Délire Escalade ! 🥹🥇

I was so happy to win the women’s category! The atmosphere was amazing, the problems were super fun, it was such a great night 😁

A huge thank you to Mammut for the awesome backpack! I couldn’t even wait to take the tags off before using it the next day at Kamou 😂🎒 Looking forward to many more adventures with it! 🧗‍♀️💛

On passe tous par là.

Une envie soudaine de rejouer au ballon chasseur, au volley ou à un jeu qu’on adorait quand on était jeunes... mais trouver assez de monde, c’est une autre histoire.

Vendredi dernier, on a organisé notre tout premier ballon chasseur. Honnêtement, je ne m’attendais pas à une ambiance comme ça. Des inconnus qui riaient ensemble après quelques minutes, des gens qui sont restés discuter longtemps après la partie, puis une seule question à la fin :

« C’est quand le prochain? »

Alors on a décidé de créer Toc Toc Toc – Social Club. 🥹

Une communauté à Québec pour les adultes qui ont envie de jouer, rencontrer du monde et essayer des activités juste pour le plaisir.

🏐 Le prochain événement est maintenant en ligne : Volleyball!

This boulder was a perfect example of how bad I can be at reading routes 😅

I’m a scientist, so I needed data to know how bad… This time I tried something different, I filmed myself trying the beta I thought would work so I could analyze it after.

Result:
3 wrong ideas in only a few moves… this is really bad.🤦‍♀️

• crossing with the right hand
• a weird match
• trying to pull to the last hold instead of shifting my weight

I got some work to do 😅
