I have returned home from our Nazko Backwoods Boots and Breath Retreat where 7 amazing women stepped away from their busy lives to slow down, disconnect, and breathe together in the beautiful backwoods of Nazko.

To the beautiful souls who trusted this weekend and showed up with open hearts: thank you. You reminded us all of the power of women supporting women. We returned home deeply restored, present, and connected. 💚 🙏🏻

I am heading off to prep our Nazko Backwoods, Boots and Breath Retreat this weekend. I will return messages Monday when I return. 🙏🏻 💟
