Hey everyone. I'm going to do something I rarely do. I'm closing the gym for the long weekend. The gym will be closed on Saturday, no programs will be running. Friday and Monday will be business as usual but Saturday we will be closed. Have a great long weekend. Tim

Like most gyms our membership slows down with summer weather and we have extra space available. It was suggested to me that we open up to the public for drop ins so we are going to give it a try. Any combat athletes looking for extra training time, personal trainers looking for space to train clients or even someone looking to drop in a beat on a heavy bag, give me a call!
