New VLog posted up on the Youtube channel.

Spring bear camp is coming up quick, planning to use my late grandfathers Lee Enfield 303 British to get my first black bear.

I fixed a new optic on his rifle and took it out for a test run!

Excited to have my 2023 Alberta WT buck home from the taxidermist. Crazy how much of the details slip memory but Precision Edge Taxidermy did a great job to bring this bruiser back to life.

EPISODE 13🎙️ of the Podcast is available everywhere you get your Podcasts! First one in a while! I recently had the opportunity to sit down with Luke Squires [ ] and have a lengthy chat about Guns, Ammo, and how you should choose your hunting setup! A great talk in which I learned a couple of things, and I’m sure you will as well 👍🏻

My 2023 Alberta whitetail hunt was quite the rush! Very happy to get my hands on another mature specimen.

Another October weekend come and gone, and a chilly Sunday morning bowhunt in the docket.

The wind was great for an opportunity to sneak into a corner of the deer woods I typically avoid. I Took the opportunity to gain a bit of knowledge, bow in hand.

Lots of good buck sign in these unexplored woods. Found some rubs that appear to be from multiple ruts of yesteryear and fresh s**t along game trails. After hanging a cellular trail camera in there, I took the backdoor out. Leaving the woods quietly and undisturbed.

The white-tailed bucks decided to read a different script this past Sunday, but that’s okay. Rifle season is only a few short weeks away.
