Not every pedicure is post worthy, but this one was fantastic. Amazing customer service. From the first phone call until we walked out the door. The salon closed 20 minutes before we were finished and there was nothing that made us feel rushed or pushed out.
AND we celebrated a 40th Birthday while were were at it. Yes I'm that young... π π€£ Kidding unfortunately.

Yes we all want to look good, but isn't that kind of relative?
We all have tricks angles and poses to give us the upper hand. Some days I use all of them, some days I use none of them.
My consistency is in strength training, eating protein and reminding women every day that esthetics is not the most important part.
Being strong is beautiful ladies....and I can promise you, your current partner or future partner would never say "she'd be prettier with smoother skin".

You want to know what sets a great fitness professional apart from a mediocre one?
The understanding that we all bring something valuable to the table.
We each have our own style, strengths, experiences, and flair. The best coaches never stop learning from the people around them.
A good trainer still needs a trainer.
Why?
Because we still need to be pushed, motivated, challenged, corrected, and yes... sometimes even validated.
And do you know what often makes a mediocre trainer?
The one who never attends someone else's class. Never asks questions. Never seeks advice. Never follows or supports other professionals. Never comments, compliments, or shows appreciation. The one who believes they already know it all.
I've been in this industry for a long time, and I still learn something every single day.
Today, I learned that my friend and fellow fitness professional can still kick my ass, teach me new methods, and push me beyond what I would have done on my own.
We spent time on a hot track, and I worked far harder with her than I ever would have by myself.
Why?
Because no matter how much experience I have, how much I know, or how many people I coach, I still benefit from an outside motivator.
Growth happens when we stay humble enough to learn and confident enough to keep showing up.
