This program is designed for people who want to build a meaningful career supporting others in their community.

✔ Classroom learning
✔ Guest speakers from local agencies
✔ Safety training (First Aid/CPR, Trauma-Informed Care, Mental Health courses and more)
✔ Practicum experience with a local agency

Our friends down at the Red Deer Native Friendship Society - RDNFS - are hosting an education session. This is focusing on expanding your knowledge about gender-based violence prevention and can help you in all facets of your day to day life.

This program will help in meeting court, legal, or employer requirements for violence prevention education, along with helping to support personal growth. In an effort to help create a community without need, the RDNFS is committed to covering the cost of this remote online training until March 25th, 2025.
