We have a lot to be thankful for this thanksgiving but the most important thing is the continued support we have received.

We have grown significantly since opening our new gym so for those of you who don’t know, we used to have a much smaller gym.

If it wasn’t for the support back then, we wouldn’t be where we are now.

So if you’ve been around since the beginning, just started with us or somewhere in between, we are thankful for you🤍💪🏼

Hello members and followers! We wanted to give a bit of a heads up that we are away on our honeymoon until the end of the month.

Please be patient with response times to messages and anything at the gym that requires back end office work while Don and the rest of the team hold down the fort.

The gym will still be running as normal and sessions with the rest of the coaches will still remain the same!
